Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) for Interventional Radiology. This full-time, day-shift role includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for overtime and shift coverage as needed.

The position requires leadership in a high-acuity interventional setting, with responsibilities for coordinating care, guiding nursing staff, and ensuring patient-centered outcomes. Florida RN licensure and relevant certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN program accredited through recognized boards.
• Minimum of one year FT or three years PT experience in acute care specialty nursing; supervisory exp preferred.
• BLS (current upon hire).
• ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or relevant specialty training current upon hire.
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care for patient and family.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff for safe, optimal outcomes.
• Supports activities aligned with facility vision and goals; provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Maintains NIHSS stroke knowledge with ongoing training (minimum 8 hours/year).
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Contributes to a safe environment and patient-centered care.
