Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Interventional Radiology. This full-time role includes a day shift (7am-3:30pm) with potential overtime and coverage of other shifts as needed, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

The incumbent will oversee nursing care, coordinate a multidisciplinary team, and uphold our service excellence standards in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN program accredited through the ACEN, CCNE, or CNEA.
• Minimum of one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS (current upon hire)
• ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire).
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Responsabilités

• Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs nursing staff to ensure safe, optimal health care outcomes.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Maintains currency in stroke knowledge with NIHSS training annually.
