Job summary

SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital – Lake Saint Louis is seeking a highly organized RN to coordinate day-to-day scheduling for interventional radiology outpatient procedures. The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, anesthesia coordination, and post-procedure follow-up.

Required is a Bachelor’s in Nursing and two years of related experience, with BLS and ALS/PALS as applicable. Four 10-hour shifts weekly, with one IR call weekend per month, and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing with active RN license.
• Minimum two years of experience in interventional radiology or critical care.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi-department scheduling and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate anesthesia and scheduling for outpatient procedures.
• Enter pre- and post-procedure orders and follow up with patients.
• Assist in pre-procedure work-up and post-procedure recovery.
• Analyze performance data and drive improvement in processes and documentation.
• Support training and competency development across teams.
