Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Patient Imaging Supervisor to oversee daily operations of imaging procedures across the Hospital Imaging Services Department and Outpatient Center. Under the Imaging Manager, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, provide performance feedback, and coordinate coverage across facilities, including travel as needed.

The role requires three to five years in hospital/outpatient imaging, prior lead technologist or supervisor experience, and ARRT registration with BLS.

Qualifications

• Education: Accredited Radiology program completed.
• Experience: 3–5 years in hospital/outpatient imaging; prior lead technologist or supervisor experience.
• Certifications: ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist and BLS.
• Other: Must drive to off-site imaging centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of imaging procedures in Hospital Imaging Services Department and Outpatient Center.
• Provide feedback to co-workers via performance appraisals.
• Coordinate coverage across facilities; travel to various locations as needed.
• Under supervision of Imaging Manager, manage day-to-day departmental operations.
