AEVEX is seeking a Finance Program Manager to oversee the Internal Research & Develop (IR&D) program. The role drives financial performance, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience; or 1 year with a related Master's degree.
• Security clearance: Top Secret/SCI DoD, U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Jira and Tableau.
• Strong financial analysis, planning and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IR&D program finance and performance reporting.
• Develop financial metrics, forecasts, and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive EVM metrics and risk assessments.
• Monitor expenditures, manage budgets, and ensure commitments are met.
