LLR Partners Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking an Analyst/Associate, Investor Relations to be an execution hub for recurring investor reporting and communications, fundraising support, and cross-functional coordination.

The role ensures that LP requests, reporting deliverables, investor materials, diligence responses, and internal approvals are accurate and completed on time, supporting a fast-paced private-markets IR environment and offering a clear path for growth in the field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring quarterly, annual, LP Advisory Committee, Annual Partners' Meeting, and other investor reporting deliverables, working with Finance, Legal, the investment team, and external providers as needed.
• Manage Due Diligence Questionnaires, Requests For Proposals, LP information requests, and the response library, including intake, routing, data gathering, drafting, review, approvals, and follow-up.
• Support investor communications and fund notices by coordinating with Finance and other owners on materials related to capital calls, distributions, portfolio updates, and other fund activity.
• Maintain data rooms and investor-facing repositories, including document organization, access, version control, and quality assurance.
