Job summary

Goanna Capital Management is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join our New York team. You will drive LP outreach and fundraising across funds and co-investments, and own communications end-to-end with quarterly letters and portfolio updates.

You will build deal-moving materials, including data rooms, pitch decks, and co-investment memos, while handling the operational backbone of IR such as capital calls, distributions, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, VC, PE, or IR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with LPs and fund managers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple fundraising processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive LP outreach and fundraising across funds and co-investments.
• Own LP communications end-to-end with quarterly letters and updates.
• Build materials: data rooms, pitch decks, memos, track records.
• Run operational IR tasks: capital calls, distributions, onboarding, closing docs.
