Meraki Talent is seeking an Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate for a leading lower middle-market private equity firm in NYC. You will work closely with senior leadership across LP relations, fundraising execution, investor communications and marketing.

This hybrid NYC role offers high-visibility ownership of quarterly reporting, LP materials and engagement with investors, placement agents and consultants. 4+ years in IR or related fields is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in investor relations, fundraising or investor communications in private equity or placement agent.
• Strong written and verbal skills with ability to polish investor materials.
• Understanding of fund mechanics and LP reporting; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly investor reporting process.
• Prepare LP correspondence, annual meeting materials and ad hoc communications.
• Support active fundraises with PPMs, DDQs and LP presentations.
• Manage LP pipelines, CRM and engagement tracking.
• Support LP prospecting and investor research.
• Prepare senior team for LP meetings and roadshows.
• Build relationships with LPs, placement agents and consultants.
• Develop investor-facing marketing materials and firm collateral.
• Support conferences and broader IR initiatives.
• Use AI tools to identify and prioritise prospective investors.
