Intel’s Networking Solutions Group (NSG) seeks an experienced engineer to help customers deploy IPU-based solutions across data centers, AI infrastructure, and security workloads. You will work with cloud providers and Intel teams to understand use cases, run POCs, and troubleshoot complex system issues.

The role covers hardware and software aspects from board bring-up to driver configuration and kernel interaction, plus performance analysis and solution validation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in networking fundamentals, data center protocols.
• Experience with system software stacks, Linux kernel, and device drivers.
• Customer-facing systems engineering and debug experience.

Responsabilidades

• Gain customers' trust, understand needs, and build POCs.
• Be the go-to technical resource for customers building data centers and AI infra.
• Prepare and deliver technical content to customers including presentations and workshops.
• Contribute across IPU lifecycle: bring-up, drivers, firmware, and system management.
