Job summary

Intel's Networking Solutions Group seeks experienced engineers to enable programmable IPUs for major cloud customers as part of the CES organization. You will help manage feature requests, enable solutions, and debug issues across hardware, firmware, and software layers.

You will also work closely with internal partners to understand use cases, deliver technical content, and support datacenter and AI workloads with strong emphasis on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science or related field.
• 4+ years of combined experience in networking fundamentals, system software stacks, and customer-facing systems engineering and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Gain customers' trust, understand their needs, and build POCs with partners.
• Be the go-to technical resource for customers building complex Datacenters and AI infrastructure.
• Prepare and deliver technical content to customers including presentations and workshops.
• Contribute across the full IPU lifecycle including board/ platform bring-up, kernel config, and system management.
• Define integration solutions to ensure optimum performance across hardware, firmware and software.
