Job summary

Intel's Networking Solutions Group (NSG) seeks an experienced engineer to help develop next-generation IPUs. You will work with a dedicated team of engineers and collaborate with major cloud providers to deliver secure, high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities include board bring-up, debugging, tool development, documentation, and analyzing customer designs to influence product direction. A strong background in hardware, networking, and Python is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (EEE/CS) with 4+ years or Master's with 2+ years.
• 2+ years hardware design, board-level debugging, and testing on Intel/ARM architectures.
• 2+ years experience with modern computer networking architectures and protocols.
• Lab experience with oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Familiarity with schematics and layout files.
• Proficiency in Python.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Intel Ethernet products and assist customers with design quality and time-to-market acceleration.
• Deliver board/platform bring-up, validation, debugging, and issue resolution for IPU hardware across development phases.
• Evaluate and develop new tools/software to enhance debugging and improve product quality and performance.
• Create application notes, user guides, and technical documents to facilitate customer adoption of Intel products.
• Analyze customer designs and feedback to inform engineering and planning teams for product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and program management to integrate customer requirements and ensure product health.
