Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• BS in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Program Management, or related technical field (equivalent experience may be accepted).
• Ability to obtain a Secret DoD Clearance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical or program environment.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Experience performing technical analysis, trade studies, and system-level assessments.
• Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration, test, and delivery.
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - with demonstrated experience in a technical environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated product teams across engineering, operations, quality, logistics, and other functional areas.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned efforts.
• Perform technical analysis to support system design, trade studies, risk reduction, and decision-making.
• Coordinate requirements development, design reviews, integration, test, and delivery activities.
• Identify technical, schedule, and program risks and help develop mitigation plans.
• Support proposal activities, technical planning, and development of executable solutions for customers.
• Communicate status, priorities, and technical issues clearly with internal leadership and customers.
