Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• BS in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Program Management, or related technical field (equivalent experience may be accepted).
• Ability to obtain a Secret DoD Clearance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical or program environment.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Experience performing technical analysis, trade studies, and system-level assessments.
• Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration, test, and delivery.
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - with demonstrated experience in a technical environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

(ATS) is seeking a talented Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to join a growing team of engineers, technicians, and scientists supporting a diverse customer set to solve a complex set of technical challenges. This position is based in Huntsville, Alabama. As a member of the team, a successful candidate will lead cross-functional technical efforts supporting defense and government programs while working closely with highly collaborative team members to:

Special Preference Will Be Shown To Candidates That Have

• Current Secret DoD Clearance
• Experience supporting DoD or other U.S. Government programs
• Demonstrated experience with risk management, configuration management, or formal technical reviews
• Demonstrated experience developing technical solutions for proposals or new business efforts
• PMP, INCOSE, or other relevant certification
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading junior engineers or technical team members
