Applied Technology Solutions, Inc. (ATS) is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to guide cross‑functional engineering, operations, and program teams in defense and government programs from requirements through delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, cost, schedule, and technical performance management within a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will perform technical analysis, participate in trade studies, and coordinate design reviews and test activities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience
• BS in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Program Management, or related technical field (equivalent experience may be accepted)
• Ability to obtain a Secret DoD Clearance
• Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams in a technical or program environment
• Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Demonstrated experience performing technical analysis, trade studies, and system‑level assessments
• Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration, test, and delivery
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written – with demonstrated experience in a technical environment
• Self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

(ATS) is seeking a talented Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to join a growing team of engineers, technicians, and scientists supporting a diverse customer set to solve a complex set of technical challenges. This position is based in Huntsville, Alabama. As a member of the team, a successful candidate will lead cross‑functional technical efforts supporting defense and government programs while working closely with highly collaborative team members to:

• Lead integrated product teams across engineering, operations, quality, logistics, and other functional areas

Special Preference Will Be Shown To Candidates That Have

• Current Secret DoD Clearance
• Experience supporting DoD or other U.S. Government programs
• Demonstrated experience with risk management, configuration management, or formal technical reviews
• Demonstrated experience developing technical solutions for proposals or new business efforts
• PMP, INCOSE, or other relevant certification
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading junior engineers or technical team members
