Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Nevada is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Associate Manager with L-code responsibility for a diverse, multi-disciplinary team that develops innovative training and logistics solutions across multiple F-35 programs.

The selected candidate will lead the IPT within Training Infrastructure Products and Support (TIPS) and be accountable for overall program performance, managing resources and driving alignment with customer goals and schedule.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience coaching and developing talent.
• Experience collaborating with Program Management, Finance and Contracts.
• Experience applying the Vee Process Model to develop and integrate complex systems.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices including Agile (Scrum & Kanban).
• Ability to automate manual, time-consuming tasks.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Instructional Products IPT within Training Infrastructure Products and Support (TIPS).
• Ensure program performance and accountability for the IPT.
• Set vision and communicate objectives for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Monitor staffing and ensure sufficient supply.
• Promote risk and opportunity management and continuous improvement.
• Champion automation and digital transformation across the organization.
• Develop training plans and career development for team members.
• Partner with HR to promote a people-first culture.
• Ensure quality and compliance of cost estimates.
• Foster an engaging, innovative engineering culture.
