HII’s Warfare Systems seeks a seasoned Senior Program Analyst to support the Airframe IPT for the F-35 JSFPO. Expect extensive DoD program management work with emphasis on cost, schedule, and performance for OEM design and delivery across three variants.

The role requires engaging with government stakeholders, leading cross-functional processes, and ensuring compliance with enterprise policies. On-site duties at Wright‑Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• 0 Eligible to obtain Secret/SAP access.
• Knowledge of DoD practices, internal controls, or audit requirements.
• Ability to document processes, develop policy materials, and support compliance-focused initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and process tracking tools.
• Effective communication skills for briefing, coordination, and collaboration with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analyst expertise to assist government PM for successful design and delivery of the three variant F-35 Aircraft families.
• Coordinate on reliability, maintainability, and supportability requirements affecting vehicle design.
• Mediate interactions between industry and government on technology disclosure matters.
• Perform airframe program management tasking in support of government PMO for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Support PM activities within the F-35 JPO to evaluate OEM performance and options to meet future needs.
• Participate in Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) and Affordability Initiative reviews.
• Evaluate CBA studies and affordability initiatives involving depot maintenance and logistics.
• Evaluate proposed SE/ATE requirements to ensure DoD tech alignment.
