Job summary

Total Safety is seeking an IPSC Supervisor to oversee two or more IPSCs or a large single IPSC, ensuring operations align with Customer requirements and company programs.

This role requires leadership, the ability to manage facilities, staff, safety programs and maintenance, and collaboration with Sales and Service teams. Based in Mandan, ND, USA, the position involves travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive experience in petrochemical and/or refinery operations or industrial safety equipment.
• Two years of managerial experience.
• Experience with fire protection, respiratory protection or gas detection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities associated with assigned IPSCs and reports to management.
• Develops performance metrics and communicates goals to staff.
• Ensures production, quality and safety goals are understood and met.
• Oversees facilities, vehicles and equipment for efficiency.
• Proactively manages inventory to satisfy customer needs.
• Leads safety, environmental compliance with standards and works with HSE.
