Job summary

Total Safety in Billings, MT is seeking an In Plant Service Center Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure IPSC operations meet customer requirements. You will coordinate scheduling, supervise staff, and maintain safety programs across sites.

Strong leadership and communication skills, plus experience in safety equipment and Fire/Respiratory/Gas Detection areas, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Progressive supervisory experience in petrochemical and/or industrial safety equipment industry.
• Experience in Fire Protection Services, Respiratory Protection and Gas Detection is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate resources among districts to achieve profitability, efficiency and utilization.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans daily schedules and operating priorities to provide maximum levels of customer service.
• Determines specific and/or special customer needs regarding scheduling and availability of equipment.
• Coordinates the use of personnel and equipment among districts to meet project objectives and maximize efficiency.
• Provides leadership in achieving health and safety goals and ensures compliance with standards.
• Maintains adequate inventory to sustain readiness of shop tools, equipment, and safety gear.
• Oversees HR functions of the team including hiring, performance appraisals, coaching and counseling.
• Prepares documentation including billing, compliance, customer communication and safety reports.
