Job summary

Total Safety is seeking an In Plant Service Center (IPSC) Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure IPSC operations meet customer requirements and company policies.

You will plan daily schedules, coordinate personnel and equipment, maintain safety compliance, and supervise hiring, coaching, and performance. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of health and safety standards, with hands-on involvement in planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or supervisory training with staff management and performance evaluation.
• Ability to plan and coordinate schedules and resource use to meet project objectives.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members; ability to present and brief groups.

Responsibilities

• Plans daily schedules and operating priorities to provide maximum levels of customer service.
• Coordinates personnel and equipment across districts to meet IPSC objectives.
• Ensures safety programs are followed and compliance with standards; identifies issues and escalates when needed.
• Maintains inventory and readiness of IPSC tools and equipment; supports maintenance planning.
