Job summary

Total Safety in Pasadena, TX is seeking an In Plant Service Center (IPSC) Supervisor to oversee two or more FT staff and ensure IPSC operations meet customer requirements and company programs. You will lead scheduling, safety compliance, and communication with customers, and manage resources across districts to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in petrochemical and/or refinery operations or industrial safety equipment industry.
• Lead experience or supervisory training with HR, training, performance evaluation and safety.
• Ability to coordinate resources among districts to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and database software.

Responsibilities

• Plans daily schedules and priorities to provide maximum customer service.
• Coordinates personnel and equipment among districts to meet objectives.
• Provides leadership to achieve health and safety goals and compliance.
• Prepares documentation including billing, customer communications and safety reports.
• Oversees HR functions of the assigned team including hiring, coaching and performance reviews.
