Qualifications

• Experience in petrochemical/refinery operations or industrial safety equipment.
• Supervisory experience and training in people management.
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily schedules and priorities to provide maximum customer service.
• Coordinate personnel and equipment across districts to meet objectives.
• Maintain inventory and readiness of IPSC tools and equipment.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
• Oversee HR functions including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
