Job summary

Total Safety U.S. Inc. is seeking an IPSC Lead Technician to join our safety-focused team in New Jersey.

The role involves supervising field work, inspecting and maintaining customer-owned equipment, and coordinating with customers and supervisors on service delivery. The IPSC Lead Technician will lead crews as needed, perform complex troubleshooting, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety policies in all assignments.

Qualifications

• Requires field leadership experience or the ability to lead a work team.
• High School diploma or GED required; Associates/technical/military training preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurability for company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage equipment in and out of facility as needs arise.
• Lead a crew or work solo depending on scope.
• Inspect, test, and maintain safety equipment per requirements and document services.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Manage inventory and assist with loading customer orders.
