Job summary

Total Safety U.S. Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an IPSC Technician to join our safety-conscious team. You will work under supervision in a plant environment performing inspection, testing, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of customer owned or Total Safety equipment.

You will communicate with customers, stock and prepare equipment, and assist with issuing and tracking inventory while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and insurability.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with PPE and respiratory protection training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and maintain safety equipment per manufacturer requirements and company policies.
• Assist in stocking, staging, and loading orders; keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Issue, receive, track, and inspect equipment according to customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and build rapport.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
