Federation of Organizations is seeking a Full-Time IPS Employment Specialist to join the Clinical Department to utilize the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Model for individuals enrolled in ACT and CORE services.
No. of Vacancies: 2 positions available - one in Queens and one in Suffolk County
Reports to: Director of OMH Clinical Programs
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Remote (field work) with occasional travel to Richmond and Medford/Babylon
Salary: $48,000 annually

Job Function:
Utilize the IPS model to support individuals enrolled in ACT and CORE services. Responsibilities include vocational and career assessment, benefits counseling, job development and placement, and job retention support for individuals with mental health diagnoses. Spend at least 50% of work hours off-site in the community engaging in job development activities.
