Job summary

KLS Martin is seeking a data coordinator to support the IPS process. You will shadow operations, perform assignments, and participate in larger projects while learning the complete IPS workflow and products.

This role emphasizes collaboration across production, sales, marketing, and product management within a dynamic team. Ideal candidates are pursuing an Associate’s or higher-level degree, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Actively pursuing an Associate’s or higher-level degree from an accredited University.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of the complete IPS workflow and products.
• Assist on larger projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate and coordinate between production, sales, marketing, and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
