Job summary

Successful Living is seeking an Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Manager (IPR Manager) to lead and grow the IPR program using the IPR Boston Model as a basis for curriculum.

The role focuses on assisting adults with chronic mental illness to achieve life goals in Living, Learning, Working, or Social environments, with duties including intake, goal planning, group facilitation, and funding coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• IPR certification training to be provided if not already attained.
• 1 year group and individual human service delivery experience.
• Previous supervisory and program management experience.
• Pass multiple background checks and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and assess client readiness for IPR programming.
• Develop and monitor client goals and progress within IPR cohorts.
• Lead group sessions and individual meetings, ensuring documented progress.
• Develop and implement marketing and growth plans for the IPR program.
• Ensure compliance with state and agency policies and maintain records.
