Job summary

K&I Healthcare Services, LLC seeks a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Director to lead day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality rehabilitative services for individuals with serious mental illness. You will align with COMAR 10.63, BHA guidelines, and Medicaid standards while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires CPRP/CFRP, a Master’s degree, appropriate licensure, and at least two years of administrative management experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• CPRP/CFRP certification required.
• Master’s degree in social science or related field.
• Licensure in social science field (LGPC/LCPC or LGSW/LCSW).
• Minimum 2 years administrative management experience in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the PRP.
• Ensure compliance with COMAR 10.63 and Medicaid/Behavioral Health Administration standards.
• Oversee individualized rehabilitation plans for participants.
• Supervise PRP staff and ensure proper training.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality and audits.
• Coordinate with clinical providers and case managers to support continuity of care.
• Prepare for internal and external audits and develop corrective action plans.
• Manage PRP budget, billing, and reporting per Medicaid standards.
• Develop policies reflecting COMAR and CRRF expectations (CRAF).
• Represent the agency in professional meetings hosted by BHA or CRAF.
