Job summary

Deloitte's Capital Markets Transactions group within Assurance seeks a Senior Manager to oversee IPO readiness and SPAC engagements, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality accounting solutions for clients.

You will manage multiple workstreams, provide technical accounting guidance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate disclosures and reporting for public offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managing and supervising teams.
• Deep understanding of capital markets transactions (IPOs, SPACs, and other offerings).
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background, US GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IPO, SPAC, and other CMT advisory engagements.
• Lead project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery of milestones.
• Coach and mentor staff; manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to generate additional engagement opportunities.
