Job summary

Deloitte invites applications for a Senior Manager in Capital Markets Transactions to oversee IPO, SPAC and related advisory engagements within Assurance. You will coordinate multi-workstream projects, provide technical accounting guidance, and mentor staff to ensure timely, high-quality client service.

You will leverage your experience in capital markets and financial reporting to strengthen client relationships, manage budgets, and deliver strategic solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing and supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IPO, SPAC and related engagements, ensuring quality delivery.
• Lead project planning, stakeholder management and milestone delivery.
• Provide technical accounting and financial reporting guidance across engagements.
• Supervise and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Deloitte businesses for client success.
