iSpeedToLead is seeking a Financial Director to own the full finance function with a US focus, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and decision-ready insights as we scale toward IPO readiness. You will lead P&L, cash flow, balance sheet reporting, budgeting, and scenario modeling, partnering with US accountants and auditors, while driving controls and data-driven finance across the business.

Qualifications

5+ years in senior finance roles (CFO-level scope).
Strong hands-on US market knowledge: finance, accounting, tax, regulatory basics.

Responsibilities

Own company-wide financial management with a US focus and compliance.
Build and maintain executive-level reporting across P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
Manage cash flow, runway, and the payment calendar for stability and growth.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling for growth decisions.
Partner with external US accountants, auditors, and tax advisors for accuracy and compliance.
Drive IPO/pre-IPO readiness by improving reporting quality, controls, and discipline.
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate investments, expansion, and cost efficiency.
