This role requires 5–8 years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with SEC reporting and public company filings.

Responsibilities

• Support the company’s preparation for a potential IPO.
• Prepare and review SEC filings including Form 10-K and 10-Q.
• Serve as a primary contact for external auditors.
