A pioneering EV company in California is seeking a Lead Public Company Readiness expert to drive IPO preparations and manage external financial reporting. This role requires 5–8 years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial disclosures. Formación

• 5–8+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with SEC reporting and public company filings.

Responsabilidades

• Support the company’s preparation for a potential IPO.
• Prepare and review SEC filings including Form 10-K and 10-Q.
• Serve as a primary contact for external auditors.

Experience in accounting or financial reporting
