LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer for a profitable maritime technology company preparing for a NASDAQ IPO. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will drive public-company readiness, capital-markets strategy, investor relations, and governance while partnering with the existing finance leader on day-to-day operations.

This full-time role requires IPO experience, strong executive presence, and the ability to lead in a lean, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Prior CFO experience.
• Involvement in IPO process, or progress toward IPO.
• Experience with capital markets, equity transactions, and corporate finance.

Responsabilités

• Lead IPO readiness and transition to a public-company operating environment.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, legal counsel, investors and external stakeholders.
• Direct investor relations, earnings communications, and external financial reporting strategy.
• Advise leadership on capital structure, equity transactions, debt financing, and future capital raises.
• Establish scalable financial processes, controls, and infrastructure for a public company.
• Evaluate and negotiate major contracts with financial insight.
• Mentor and develop the finance leadership team.
• Support long-term planning and growth initiatives.
