Job summary

Kforce Inc. seeks a Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly growing global technology company preparing for an IPO. This remote role offers a substantial equity component and requires recent SEC/IPO experience.

Responsibilities include leading global finance operations, overseeing SEC filings, and directing the IPO process with underwriters, legal counsel, and auditors. Strong public company governance and investor relations acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial planning and execution including capital allocation, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Oversee SEC filings, SOX readiness, internal controls, reporting systems and governance structures.
• Own the end-to-end IPO process coordinating with underwriters, legal counsel, and auditors.
• Direct global finance operations including multi-currency management, international tax planning, transfer pricing, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Manage government relations and regulatory affairs related to incentives and compliance for expansion.
• Partner with CEOs and Board; communicate with investors, analysts, and stakeholders including roadshows post-IPO.
• Oversee risk management, treasury, cash flow optimization, M&A evaluation and due diligence.
• Build and lead a world-class finance organization with public company and international experience.
