Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Licenses: Series 7, 79, 63.
• 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of investment banking, equity markets, industry sector, and financial products.
• Mastery of financial and accounting concepts for financial models.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Plays an integral role in supporting new business development, due diligence, and/or transaction execution.
• Independently performs tasks assigned and managed by senior staff, including drafting documents and marketing materials, executing transactions, and coordinating with clients and attorneys.
• Helps coach, mentor and teach Analysts or Interns.
