Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior professional to advise, manage and underwrite initial and follow-on offerings, equity-linked offerings, ATMs, private placements and share repurchases. The role operates in a pod-structured team with MDs/Directors leading and VP/associates/analysts supporting.

• 5 years of related work experience.

• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and sales skills.

Advise, manage and underwrite initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, equity-linked offerings, at-the-market offerings, private placements and share repurchases. Team is aligned in a pod structure by sector vertical; managing directors / directors lead each pod and are supported by vice presidents, associates and analysts. Revenue expectation of the business is $75 to $100 million annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Plays an integral role in supporting new business development, due diligence, and/or transaction execution.


2. Independently performs tasks assigned and managed by senior staff, including drafting internal and external documents and marketing materials, executing transactions, as well as working with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties and/or other senior professionals on a day-to-day basis.


3. Helps coach, mentor and teach Analysts or Interns.

The annual base salary for this position is $130,000.
