Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience in capital-intensive, high-growth businesses.
• Experience scaling finance functions from near-zero to IPO readiness.
• Proven track record raising large institutional rounds ($500M+) and managing multi-billion dollar capital structures.
• IPO experience with public markets process.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and ability to work with technically-focused founders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the finance function from early-stage infra to a world-class public-company capable org.
• Oversee Controller and FinOps teams; establish systems and internal controls.
• Lead IPO readiness; investor relations and board-level reporting.
• Manage multi-billion dollar capital across supply chain, manufacturing partnerships, and production capacity.
• Oversee debt financing facility execution; capital structure strategy with founders.
