Job summary

zypl.ai is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to own the full financial function across multi-jurisdiction operations, including fundraising, FP&A, controls, audit, and regulatory reporting in DIFC and beyond. You will partner with the CEO and board to shape capital strategy and scalable financial processes as the company grows.

The role requires deep experience in fintech, multi-currency finance, and building finance teams.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO or senior finance leader in a Series A+ company.
• Experience with institutional fundraising rounds (Series A/B+).
• Strong FP&A, modelling and investor-grade reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling.
• Oversee fundraising execution with CEO; data rooms and models.
• Manage investor relations, reporting, board communications.
• Establish multi-jurisdiction financial controls, treasury and cash flow.
• Oversee statutory compliance, audit, tax and regulatory reporting in DIFC.
• Build and scale finance team; drive pricing and unit economics.
• Support M&A and strategic partnerships.
