Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a Deal Strategy Associate to analyze top pre-IPO companies and develop engagement strategies for Nasdaq’s executive leaders and the Deal Strategy Team. This role supports prospect engagement across listings and participates in on-site tours and bell viewings in New York City.

The position reports to the Head of Listings for the Western US and collaborates with growth, strategy, marketing, and creative teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in a corporate environment (banking/consulting/financial communications preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive client engagement initiatives with Managing Directors and senior executives.
• Manage multiple workstreams with strong organizational skills.
• Develop strategic business development initiatives to support growth.
• Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create executive-level presentations and communication materials.
• Host listed company and prospective client engagements at MarketSite and support meetings.
