Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a corporate environment (banking/consulting/finance communications preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
• Discretion with privileged information; comfortable engaging C-suite executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva and Photoshop a must.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Directors and senior executives to drive client engagement and project management.
• Manage multiple workstreams with strong organizational oversight.
• Contribute to strategic business development initiatives and growth objectives.
• Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to derive actionable insights.
• Develop executive-level presentations and materials for leadership and clients.
• Lead client-facing activities, hosting events and supporting discovery meetings.
