Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking an Associate, Listings Sales Enablement & Pitch Strategy, to craft high-impact pitch decks and client-facing presentations for the Global Listings business. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Events, Legal, and Account Management to translate complex value propositions into visuals that win business.

You will synthesize market data, research campaigns, and product details to produce compelling narratives for prospective issuers, delivering hundreds of materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience creating client-facing materials for marketing or sales.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel; Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to synthesize complex data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

  • Produce custom pitch decks and marketing proposals for C-level audiences from ideation to delivery.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Events, Legal, and Account Management to meet client needs.
  • Research campaigns, competitive positioning, and business themes to inform content.
  • Interpret financial and market data to create clear, compelling presentations.
  • Maintain deep understanding of Nasdaq products to tailor communications.

About This Role

As a Associate, Listings Sales Enablement & Pitch Strategy reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Enablement & Pitch Strategy, you'll play a critical role in producing high-impact pitch decks and sales presentations that help Nasdaq's Global Listings business attract and retain companies across industries. You'll contribute to a team responsible for creating hundreds of pitch materials annually, translating complex value propositions into visually compelling narratives for prospective issuers.

About This Role

As a Associate, Listings Sales Enablement & Pitch Strategy reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Enablement & Pitch Strategy, you'll play a critical role in producing high-impact pitch decks and sales presentations that help Nasdaq's Global Listings business attract and retain companies across industries. You'll contribute to a team responsible for creating hundreds of pitch materials annually, translating complex value propositions into visually compelling narratives for prospective issuers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce custom pitch decks and marketing proposals for C-level audiences, managing projects from ideation through final delivery.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Events, Legal, and Account Management teams to identify solutions that meet client needs and business goals.
  • Conduct company-specific research to understand marketing campaigns, competitive positioning, and key business themes that inform presentation content and storytelling approach.
  • Research and interpret financial and market data from multiple sources to create clear, accurate, and compelling presentations.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of Nasdaq's product offerings to tailor programs and communications for diverse client needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, presentation design, or research, with demonstrated proficiency in creating client-facing materials.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel; experience with design tools like Photoshop is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with financial research tools such as PitchBook or DealBook.
  • Familiarity with capital markets, IPOs, or financial services industries.
  • Background in marketing research or data visualization.

This position will be located in New York and requires on-site work 4 days per week.

The base pay range for this role is $71,000 - $121,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
