Job summary

Quail West in Naples, FL is seeking an IPM Technician II to join our private upscale community's Grounds team. The role emphasizes fertilizer, insecticide, herbicide, landscape and turfgrass applications, and equipment cleaning.

You will assist IPM and Grounds managers, operate spray rigs with calibration specs, keep records, and support routine grounds upkeep. A high school diploma and pesticide license within 90 days are preferred, with 2+ years spraying experience.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain a Limited Lawn & Ornamental pesticide license within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years spraying pesticides and fertilizers in golf course or landscape settings.
• Meticulous attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support training activities to ensure consistency across the grounds team.
• Operate spray rig with accurate calibration as directed by management.
• Spot spray nonselective and selective herbicides as needed.
• Assist IPM and Grounds managers in mixing and loading chemicals.
• Understand mixing and application processes and maintain records.
• Contribute to general grounds maintenance when required.
