Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Pesticide License is a plus.
• At least 12 months of relevant experience in spray technician work.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform weed control and fertilization procedures.
• Operate vehicles and tools to apply chemicals and fertilizers.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and manage inventory.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in arithmetic for calculations

Knowledge of pesticide and fertilizer calibration

Basic computer and office equipment skills

Expertise in identifying pests and diseases

Ability to work independently

Strong problem-solving skills

Education

High School diploma or GED
