Qualifications

• Experience with turf and ornamental IPM principles and practices.
• Ability to safely mix, apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides per label directions.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, diagnosing, and treating turf and ornamental issues as they arise
• Applying fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides as needed to lawns, shrubs and plant material in accordance with label instructions and safety procedures
• Preparing and mixing products according to label instructions and product specifications
• Ensuring the safe operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment; adhering to safety standards
• Maintaining cleanliness of vehicle and equipment
• Maintaining accurate records of products used
• Completing all required correspondence regarding work orders
• Retention of customers through rapport and met expectations
• Using hand tools, power tools and equipment to perform IPM duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
