Job summary

Quailridgecc Inc is seeking a Spray Technician to apply herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides to soil and plants across community grounds in Boynton Beach, FL. The role involves lifting, walking long distances with a spray tank, and safely operating pumps and nozzle equipment.

Responsibilities include weed control in various beds, maintenance of walks and lots, trash removal, and strict adherence to safety regulations on site.

Qualifications

• Experience with applying pesticides or lawn chemicals.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk long distances with gear.

Responsibilities

• Sprays weed killer (Roundup) in planting beds, hedge beds, fence lines and driveway and walkway pavers to control weeds.
• Picking up trimmings and/or debris.
• Maintains community walks and lots.
• Removes trash, debris, and junk from grounds.
• Enforces safety regulations at the work site.
• Apply pesticides to property grounds.
• The technician may need to manipulate nozzles, tubes, or hoses during spray application.
• The technician may be responsible for operating motors or machinery on some spray equipment, as well as, may need to use a variety of vehicles for transportation over larger areas.
• The technician may need to clean, adjust, and service tools/machinery and equipment.
• Perform any other duties/tasks that is required, assigned, and/or directed by management.
