Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an IPM Technician in Litchfield, IL to monitor pest and disease, log chemicals, and apply IPM treatments. You will operate hydraulic sprayers and coordinate with the IPM Supervisor to ensure safety and quality. A high school diploma and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
• High attention to documentation and organization.
• Ability to work in a cannabis cultivation and IPM setting.
• Reliable transportation and ability to handle environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pest and disease monitoring and scouting.
• Maintain pesticide and preventative agent logs.
• Mix and apply pesticides and preventative agents according to protocols.
• Operate and maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM applications.
• Apply IPM products and beneficial insects to plants.
• Coordinate schedules with the IPM Supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Document follow-up inspections to ensure quality.
