Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Production Technician in Litchfield, IL to join our fast-paced, quality-driven team. You will support all stages of the packaging process for premium cannabis products, from dried flower to vape items, while adhering to procedures and safety standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and collaboration with teammates to meet daily schedules and uphold Curaleaf’s high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on production equipment and SOPs.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with focus over long shifts.
• Punctual, reliable and committed to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Stage products and packaging materials across production lines while performing quality assurance checks.
• Boost operational efficiency and minimize waste through teamwork and clear communication.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks, including weighing and data recording for compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized extraction/packaging area and ensure readiness for inspections.
• Follow OSHA standards and Curaleaf SOPs to ensure accurate labeling and regulatory compliance.
