You will oversee a fast-paced manufacturing environment, driving continuous improvement, coaching staff, and maintaining strong communication with leadership to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production setting.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities
