Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring an IPM Technician in Litchfield, IL to manage integrated pest management for cannabis cultivation. You will monitor pests and diseases daily, log logs for pesticides, and apply IPM products with appropriate safety measures.

You will operate hydraulic sprayers and coordinate with the IPM Supervisor, ensuring high quality and compliant practices in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with pesticides or cleaning agents is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pest and disease monitoring and scouting to ensure optimal plant health.
• Maintain up-to-date pesticide and preventative agent logs.
• Mix and apply pesticides and preventative agents according to protocols.
• Operate and maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM product applications.
• Apply IPM products and beneficial insects to plants.
• Coordinate application schedules with the IPM Supervisor.
• Adhere to safety protocols and SOPs.
