Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring an IPM Technician in Litchfield, IL. This full-time position runs Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with an hourly rate of $19.50. You will monitor pests, apply IPM products, and maintain logs to protect product quality in a cannabis cultivation environment.

Ideal candidates are team-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with the IPM Supervisor to ensure consistent, high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to IPM and pest management protocols.
• Ability to follow safety and quality standards in a cannabis facility.
• Willingness to learn IPM processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pest and disease monitoring and scouting.
• Maintain up-to-date pesticide and preventative agent logs.
• Mix and apply pesticides and cleaning agents per protocols.
• Operate Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM applications.
• Coordinate application schedules with IPM Supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Document inspections to uphold quality standards.
