Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring an IPM Technician in Litchfield, IL. You will apply preventative agents, monitor pest activity, and maintain logs to ensure the health and quality of our cannabis products. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced cultivation environment.

The position requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing or sitting for extended periods, and a high school diploma. Prior pesticide experience is a plus, with full-time hours Monday through Thursday mornings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet or seated for extended periods.
• Adaptability and a keen eye for detail, especially in documentation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plants daily for pests and diseases to maintain health.
• Maintain pesticide and preventative agent logs.
• Mix and apply pesticides and preventative agents per protocols.
• Operate Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM applications.
• Apply IPM products and beneficial bugs to plants as directed.
• Coordinate application schedules with the IPM Supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols for all tasks.
• Document follow-up inspections to ensure quality.
